Defective Product Due to Our Error

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we'll make it right by:

  • Issue a refund (amount of refund depends on the conditions) 
  • Issue a Free Gift (sending together by next purchase)

Customers must contact us about any damaged or defective item within 3 days of the receipt date to qualify for a resolution of the issue. 

However, we reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defected items.

No cancellation for all orders after payment had been made.
